Calligraphy Elbows Basic Course

Preparation:

 

  • Eat something light before training, ideally on an empty stomach.

  • Drink enough fluids after getting up and / or before training begins
    (pure water, tea, fruit juice).

  • 10-15 minutes before the live training starts, come to the room where the online training takes place,
    so that we can start training on time.

  • Enough space for your training
    (at least 200cm x 200cm, and upwards so that you cannot touch the ceiling with your stretched body).

  • Ventilate the room before you start training and, if necessary, leave the window / balcony door open for fresh air.

  • Mobile phone (s) is best switched to flight mode or off.

  • In order to have an optimal connection to the Internet, close other browser windows and tabs as well as applications that are running on the computer in the background.

 


 

Progression:

 

  • Live training starts at 8:00 a.m. and ends around 9:30 a.m.
  • Initially, you may notice clearly sore muscles due to the elbow training, which will subside again in the following days.
  • Please notify us of physical limitations and let us know in time so that we can go into more detail with certain exercises and movements, which then applies here. (Also headaches / migraines)

  • Concentrate fully on the exercise when exercising.
    Intensity, focus and concentration play a big role in the execution and the further transformation process.

 

Afterwards:

 

  • After training, please do not take a shower / bath for at least 30 minutes so that the energy can continue to work in the body.
    Quiet Qi Gong, mediation or simply resting after training are ideal.
  • After the rest phase, take sufficient fluids and nutrient-rich food to supply the body with minerals, protein, fat, carbohydrates and vitamins.
  • Use the time in summer to get plenty of sunlight, the training can be repeated during the day if done in the morning. You will get further information on this in the course itself.
  • We recommend that the course participants note key points and write down important things for themselves.
