The Flowing Principles training is about developing a deep connection to yourself, your body,
and your natural life energy (Qi, Prana, energy flow) through conscious movement, breathing, and perception.
The training is both physically and mentally transformative and is aimed at people who:

- want to integrate the principle of flow into movement, thinking, and life,
- want to teach or work with people (e.g., as a trainer, therapist, coach, or educator).

🌀 What is the Flowing Principles training about?
1. Embodying the Flow State
You will learn how to actively create the flow state—that is, effortless presence and effectiveness—through movement, breathing, and perception. This promotes both your physical well-being and mental clarity.
2. The Pillars of the Flowing Principles
🥋 Body & Movement (Principles from the Yang Mian System)
- Training in body awareness, posture, and structure
- Dynamics, flow of energy, spiral forces, and natural movement principles
- Grounding, centering, and releasing tension
✍️ Breathing & Mindfulness (Principles from Calligraphy Health)
- Flowing breathing movements with a focus on inner release
- Mindfulness in movement
- Health through regulation of the nervous system
🌿Meditation & Integration
- Recognizing and respecting the body's rhythms
- Deep meditative states and intensive visualization
- Minimizing stress and depression
3. Learning through experience – not just theory
The training is practice-oriented: You experience the principles in your own body – tangible, understandable, and vivid. Theory complements experience, but always remains applicable and directly linked to everyday life.
4. Individual Development & Personal Coaching
- Small group work for targeted support

- Support with your direction: whether you want to teach, heal yourself, or simply connect more deeply with yourself
5. Learning to teach (optional)
Those who delve deeper can later pass on the content. The training offers the opportunity to become certified as a Flowing Principles trainer (after additional modules and a practical exam).
